Opportunity Details
All interns will rotate through the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping Inspector, and Culinary departments. While in Food & Beverage and Culinary, you may work with a variety of ingredients, including beef, lamb, pork, and others. Interns, like all domestic employees, may be scheduled to work nights, weekends, and holidays, but there will be no overnight shifts.
Wages will vary based on the specific position you are training in and will always comply with Department of Labor (DOL) requirements.
Housing Details
Charleston Marriott provides up to two weeks stay in the hotel at the employee rate. Interns are responsible to secure their own housing and should move forward with securing housing prior to arrival. To reduce monthly costs, it is recommended that you share housing with your fellow interns.
